What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing. Please do not arrive any earlier.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - a party coordinator will set up the room for you, serve the children, lead the Happy Birthday, open gifts for you, keep a gift log, and clean up when the party is over.
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?
It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date online.
What food items can be brought into the facility?
You may bring cake, cupcakes, prepackaged dry snacks, candy, a store bought vegetable tray, and a store bought fruit tray to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food or drinks are permitted. Water and ice cream must be purchased through us.
Is a deposit required?
A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. $100 non-refundable deposit will be required for a "Last Minute Party" booking. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. There will be a $75 re-booking fee for parties that need to re-schedule.
What kind of drinks can I bring?
We sell drinks, you may purchase Dasani water, Capri Suns, Minute maid lemonade or fruit punch and Coke products from us. We have drinking fountains and also offer water, juice and soda for purchase in our vending machines. If purchasing pizza, all drinks are provided. Sorry, no outside drinds allowed.
Can I have a craft activity during the party?
Because of the potential damage to our facility, we do not allow any craft projects involving pens, markers, glue or glitter.
Can I have alcohol for the adults?
No alcohol is allowed in our facility.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. We also have party themes available for you. Our themes range from $29 - $59 and include: character table covers, plates, cups, napkins, and a balloon per child.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have socks available for purchase.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our popular Pump It Up goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons. You can purchase our air blown balloons for $10 per dozen.
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
I booked a Glow Party - Is there anything special I need to tell my guests?
You might suggest that they wear white, neon or glow-in-the-dark clothing so they’ll really glow under the black lights!
Can I order whole pizzas for the kids?
No. You have to pay the $3.25/child price for their pizza. That will include 2 slices and a drink for each child. Then, after you order for the kids, we are able to give you the discount price for additional pizzas.
