What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that the host arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. We recommend that your guests plan to arrive 10 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?
It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date or book your party online or in person. There is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit required at the time of reservation.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your party date and time. The balance is due and payable on the day of your event.
What food items can be brought into the facility?
You may bring cake or cupcakes & individual ice cream cups (no scoop ice cream) for your celebration. You may also bring store/restaurant-bought fruit, vegetable or cheese & cracker platters that are pre-packaged and ready to eat. These items must be served from the container as purchased. Individual serving dry snacks such as chips, pretzels are also permitted. No other outside food or drink is permitted and will not be served at your event.
Do you have a refrigerator for my cakes or drinks?
Yes, we do have a refrigerator for your cake and a freezer for ice cream cakes. However, we are not able to accommodate coolers, ice bags or ice packs in the facility.
When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We’ll call you 2-3 days prior to your party to confirm your event details - guest headcount, food, what you're bringing, etc.. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, sandwiches, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other adventure party options that we have available.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Can I have alcohol for the adults?
No. Alcohol is not permitted inside our facility or exterior premises. Guests who are on medications or otherwise impaired are not permitted on the inflatables, and may not be allowed into the facility.
How many slices are in a pizza?
There are 10 slices per large pizza.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
Deposits are non-refundable.If you need to reschedule we require at least 14 days prior notice. If you reschedule less than 14 days prior to the original event date, you will be charged an additional, non-refundable deposit equal to the base price of your package. If the original event date/time slot is filled AND if you reschedule and host your event w/in 30 days of the cancellation date, the deposit may be applied to your event. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Is my party private or will my guests share the inflatables and party rooms with guests from other parties?
For the safety and security of your guests, your party is completely private 100% of the time. There will not be any other people from any other parties in the arenas or party rooms while you are there. This allows our staff to focus solely on your group and to make the occasion special for your child.
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, balloons or goodie bag order?
On the day of the event you may not reduce the size of your party package or food order. However, we can add to your pizza order if you wish to do so, To add pizza on the day of your event you must place the order at the time of check in. If additional children show up, their Admission fee for Ultimate Package includes a goodie bag and balloon. The Admission fee does not include additional food for any party package.
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party until your last guest departs. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena?
We’re sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatable arena(s).
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
How many guests can I invite?
For the safety and comfort of your guests, total party headcount may not exceed 75 people (adults & children combined).There is a $10 fee per adult guest over the 75 person limit. An admission fee will be charged for each child in excess of your party package size; the admission fee is based on the type of party package you have selected.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our popular Pump It Up goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons. We will be happy to inflate your balloons for you. Air and Helium are available; the cost per balloon depends on the type and size of the balloon. See online pricing for details.
What assistance do you provide in the party room?
Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean and organized for your group. Then, we setup the party room with any items you might have brought such as your cake and ice cream. We will take care of any items your guests might bring, like birthday presents for the guest of honor! During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks, take care of spills, and check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything else.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
The cake, the candle and the kid! And, if you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife and candles. We have a candle lighter, you do not need to bring one.
Will the party room be available for us during our arena play time?
No, unfortunately the party room is not available to your guests during the jump time.
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s).
Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
Absolutely! We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.
Do you have a cake vendor that I can order a cake from?
We do not provide cakes, however you are welcome to bring in your own cake, cupcakes, or cake pops from your favorite bakery, store or other vendor.
What are the beverages you offer in the party room?
We proudly serve Coca Cola products including Classic & Diet Coke, Sprite, Fanta Orange, Root Beer, Dr. Pepper & Ice Tea. We also offer juice pouches, water service and coffee & tea.
Do you provide ice for drinks?
No, unfortunately we do not allow for ice in our facility, but our soft drinks are served chilled.
Can I order whole pizzas for the kids?
Yes. You can order additional pizza, as well as sandwiches, beverages and snacks for your guests (kids & adults). We will review that with you during the confirmation call 2-3 days prior to your event.
What is the price of the other food options?

Do you offer any other food besides pizza?
Yes, we do offer sandwich platters and a variety of salads and snacks for your enjoyment.
What additional items are available for purchase?
Yes. We offer goodie bags, balloons, pizza, salads, sandwiches, ice cream and drinks, glow toys, T-shirts and other PIU swag!
When must I mention that I have a coupon for my party, and can I use two coupons at the same time?
It is only one coupon per party and must be presented at time of booking your event and paying the initial deposit. Coupons may not be applied to previously booked or held parties. Sorry no exceptions.
