Dear Parents and Caretakers,

You may be concerned about the spread of the coronavirus which, given the widespread media attention of this illness, is understandable. During our 100% private events, diligence in keeping areas sanitary is, as always, of the utmost importance here at Pump It Up. We wanted to share the steps we take in our store to maintain a clean and safe environment for you, your family, and our team members:

• Responsible staff: All staff are required to wear face masks, use single-use gloves, and practice rigorous hand-washing.
• Face coverings: We have updated signage that promotes the use of face coverings by guests 12 years and older, social distancing, and regular hand-sanitizing.
• Sanitation stations: Hand-sanitizing stations are available throughout the facility
• Temperature checks: All staff and guests will have their temperature taken upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or above will not be allowed to party with us.
• Regular cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing is conducted throughout the facility using EPA-registered commercial grade disinfectant which kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
• Disinfect after each event: All rooms, surfaces, inflatables, and toys are disinfected after each event. Click here to more about our cleaning and safety procedures. 

As a reminder, our parties are 100% private, so you will only be sharing the party space (both play arenas and party room) with your invited guests.
