Are your inflatables safe and clean?
Absolutely! Our inflatables have been custom designed to account for heavy, indoor use. Each inflatable goes through rigorous testing for all ages before it is released to any of our facilities nationwide. At our facility, each inflatable is anchored to the floor, wall, and/or ceiling to provide extra stability. Entrances and tunnels are wiped down after each party and every inflatable is cleaned and inspected on an ongoing maintenance schedule.
Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required to play on the inflatables.
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
For insurance purposes, every guest who enters our facility must have a completed waiver. All guests under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Pump It Up or online.
Are there any age/height restrictions?
Yes. For safety purposes, children under 34 inches are NOT permitted in or on the equipment for any reason (even if accompanied by an adult). Toddler experiences are available for children under 34 inches.
Will Pump It Up provide supervision in the play areas?
Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable play areas so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
Can adults play on the inflatables?
Yes, as long as they are within the manufacturers guidelines for height and weight. However, during a kid-sized parties and other events, adults may be limited so that the children get the maximum playtime.
Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.
What type of safety instruction is provided?
We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Pump It Up safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience we accept cash, Visa & MasterCard, Discover, American Express as payment options. Sorry no checks.
Birthday Party Questions
What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guest arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and to complete the online safety waiver. The Pump It Up safety video viewing will start towards the beginning of your party.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?
It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date or book your party online.
How many guests can I invite?
Please refer to the Birthday Party section of the website for the designated guest count. There is a $10 ($16 for Ultimates) charge per additional guest over the number included in your party package. Please consider adjusting your food and beverage purchases to accommodate your additional guests. If you are inviting more than 30 guests, please let us know at least 10 days prior to your party. Guests, including siblings, from the ages of 18 months up to but not including 18 years, will be counted toward the party package kid count.
What are your standard weekend party start times?
On weekends, parties start at the following times: 9:00am, 9:35am, 10:10am, 10:45am, 11:20am, 11:55am, 12:30pm, 1:05pm, 1:40pm, 2:15pm, 2:50pm, 3:25pm, 4:00pm, 4:35pm, 5:10pm, 5:45pm, 6:20pm, 6:55pm, 7:30pm, 8:05pm, and 8:40pm.
What food items can be brought into the facility?
Updated Outside Food Policy: Under our new insurance provider, we can now allow pre-approved outside food and drinks for a rate increase. To offset that increase we are charging a minor fee for outside food and beverages. Fees and terms: $10 Drink Fee: prepackaged drinks (boxes, pouches, or plastic bottles only). No coolers (create a slip hazard) nor alcoholic beverages allowed. $20 Food Fee: Finger foods only (approved items: pizza, sandwiches, wings, meat trays, cheese trays, fruit/veggie trays, and/or samosas). Nothing requiring to be kept warm, reheated nor requiring utensils to serve. Combined Food and Drink Fee: $25 You still must bring your own cake or cupcakes at no charge. Space is limited, so please do not arrange to drop off items more than 15 minutes prior.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 15 days advance notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your party (must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date). Failure to do so will result in penalty charges. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 8-14 days, a $50 fee will apply, within 7 days, a $100 fee will apply. These fees are in addition to any deposit paid and the full price of the new party. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
Is a deposit required?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. Your deposit acknowledges that you accept the terms and conditions of our reservation, cancellation, food and beverage policies. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable. Sorry no exceptions.
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Do you offer any other food besides pizza?
Yes. We have a selection of party trays available for purchase. Party trays must be ordered by 5:00 pm the night before your scheduled event.
When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We’ll call you 1-2 days prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already. Pizza and party trays must be ordered by 5:00pm the night before your party.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our popular Pump It Up goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own pre-made goodie bags. Also, beverages are not permitted in the facility and may not be included in goodie bags. You may also bring in your own inflated balloons. Remember all items must be pre-assembled. We will be happy to inflate standard sized balloons for you (excludes life-sized character balloons). Please check website for current prices.
How much pizza should I order for the adults and what about their drinks?
We recommend one extra-large pizza for every five adults. We will box any leftovers for you to take home. You may also purchase additional drinks from us for the adults in your group.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. Should you choose to bring party favors or decorations that require assembly, please make sure all items are assembled prior to your arrival. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. Lite weight birthday banners can be hung in designated areas with present scotch tape. No tacks, nails, staples and such are allowed.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have candles and socks available for purchase.
Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
Absolutely! We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s).
Will the party room be available for us during our arena play time?
Typically not, because there will usually be another party in the party room. However, feel free to check at the front desk to see if it is available.
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, after they've checked in they will be given direction to join your party.
Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena?
We’re sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatable arena(s) on the day of your party. If you are interested in purchasing additional time please let us know during the reservation/booking process and based on schedule availability we can customize an extended play time package for you.
How many slices are in a pizza?
There are 10 slices in a large pizza.
Do you provide ice for drinks?
No, but our drinks are served chilled for your enjoyment. We're sorry but you may not bring ice or ice coolers inside the facility.
Is my party private or will my guests share the inflatables and party rooms with guests from other parties?
Your party is completely private 100% of the time. There will not be any other people from any other parties in the arenas or party rooms while you are there. This allows our staff to focus solely on your group and to make the occasion special for your child.
Can I have alcohol for the adults?
No alcohol is allowed in our facility.
What assistance do you provide in the party room?
First, we prepare the room so that it’s clean and organized for your group. Then, we setup the party room with any items you might have brought such as your cake and table deco (items requiring assembly must be done prior to your arrival). Birthday presents for the guest of honor will be placed in a present bin that will be with you through out your party. During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies, take care of spills, and to check in with you.
What if there is inclement weather the day of our party?
In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to agree on a sensible approach taking into account the current weather conditions. If we agree to reschedule the event, we will work with you to find a new date that's within three (3) months of the original date and the new reservation must be made within one (1) week of the original party date. At the time we agree to reschedule the event, the customer is responsible for 100% of the party price.
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, balloons or goodie bag order?
Unfortunately, pizza orders are placed the night before and cannot be changed on the day of your party. For goodie bags you can take any extras home with you. You may purchase additional balloons or goodie bags on the day of the party.
Do you have a cake vendor that I can order a cake from?
When must I mention that I have a coupon for my party, and can I use two coupons at the same time?
Coupons are not stackable and must be presented at time of booking. Coupons may not be applied to previously booked parties. Sorry no exceptions.
What are the beverages you offer in the party room?
We proudly serve Coca Cola Products, Minute Maid Lemonade and Fruit Punch, Caprisun and 8oz water bottles.
