What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that the Host family arrives about 10-15 minutes early, so that we can assist you in and review the details of your event one final time. Your guests can arrive 5 minutes early to complete their waivers, check in, and view the safety video. Your event will begin at your scheduled time, and late arrivals will be sent directly to join your party after check-in.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - your party attendants will be available to assist you in the party room.
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?
It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date or book your party online.
Is a deposit required?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due and payable and the end of your party.
Can I have a party for more than one birthday child?
Yes. We are happy to celebrate multiple birthday children during your event. Please note that every child between the ages of 2 and 17, including each birthday child, will count toward your party capacity.
What food items can be brought into the facility?
Food orders are due on the Friday before your weekend party, OR 2 days before your weekday party. Hosts must supply cake or cupcakes, and can bring the following; chips, popcorn, pretzels, cookies, candy, crackers, candy bags, water bottles, and a cooler with ice to keep them cold. We do not allow anything hot, anything refrigerated (other than the cake), dairy, soda, juice, alcoholic beverages, ice cream, pizza, sandwiches, meat, cheese, dips, spreads, fruit, veggies, or any other meal-type or temperate controlled items. Party Host not permitted to cater with outside company.
Do you have a refrigerator for my cakes or drinks?
Yes. We have one shelf available for each party, so please be aware that only enough space is provided for one cake, with potential height restrictions. Full sheet cakes are too large to refrigerate. Ice cream cakes are welcome, same stipulations apply. No ice cream allowed. We do not have space available to refrigerate your drinks, please bring a cooler with ice if you would like to serve them cold. Our fountain drinks are served in a pitcher with ice.
When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We will call you two days prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already. Please note that food orders must be finalized by 5pm the night before your party.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Can I have alcohol for the adults?
No alcohol is allowed in our facility.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. Your party must be rescheduled within 3 month of the original party date. Failure to do so will result in you being responsible for 100% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 48 hours of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
Is my party private or will my guests share the inflatables and party rooms with guests from other parties?
For the safety and security of your guests, your party is completely private 100% of the time. There will not be any other people from any other parties in the arenas or party rooms while you are there. This allows our staff to focus solely on your group and to make the occasion special for your child.
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, balloons or goodie bag order?
Unfortunately, pizza orders are placed the night before and cannot be changed on the day of your party. For goodie bags, you are charged only for what you use, so an approximate headcount is okay. you may purchase additional balloons on the day of the party.
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena?
We’re sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatable arena(s).
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
How many guests can I invite?
This depends on which package you book. Please refer to the Birthday Party section of the website for the designated guest count. Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per child if you go over the number of guests included in your Classic Party. It is a $13 charge per child if you go over your capacity with our Deluxe Package. There is an $18 charge for the Ultimate Package. Please let us know at least 10 days prior to your party if you are expecting more than 30 children.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our popular Pump It Up goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons.
What assistance do you provide in the party room?
Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your group. Then, we setup the party room with any items you might have brought such as your cake and ice cream. We will take care of any items your guests might bring, like birthday presents for the guest of honor! During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks, take care of spills, and check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything else.
Will the party room be available for us during our arena play time?
Typically not, because there will usually be another party in the party room. However, feel free to check at the front desk to see if it is available.
What kind of drinks can I bring?
You may bring water bottles and a cooler with ice to keep them cold. We have fountain drinks, bottled water, sports drinks, teas, juice and energy drinks available for purchase at the Cafe, or as a party add-on.
Do you provide ice for drinks?
No, but our soft drinks are cold. You may bring a cooler to store your juice and water in as well.
How much pizza should I order for the adults and what about their drinks?
We recommend one large pizza for every five adults. We will box any leftovers for you to take home. You may also purchase additional drinks from us for the adults in your group.
What is the price of the other food options?

Do you offer any other food besides pizza?
We cater pizza and wings through Domino's, and offer a variety of in-house items such as Sliders, fresh Fruit and Veggie trays, and Salads. View our food menu under the birthday party tab.
Can I have a craft activity during the party?
Because of the potential damage to our facility, we do not allow any craft projects involving pens, markers, glue or glitter.
I booked a Glow Party - Is there anything special I need to tell my guests?
You might suggest that they wear white, neon or glow-in-the-dark clothing so they’ll really glow under the black lights! However, no additional instruction is required.
When must I mention that I have a coupon for my party, and can I use two coupons at the same time?
Coupons are not stackable and must be presented at time of booking. Coupons may not be applied to previously booked parties. Sorry no exceptions.
