What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the party start time. This will allow time for you and your guests to check in at the front desk. Free street parking is available on Eastman or Dayton. If you cannot find street parking we offer validated parking in the British School's garage. The rate is $6 for less then 2.5 hours.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - a dedicated Party Coordinator will set up your private party room. They will assist in handing out food and cutting and distributing cake. The Coordinator will also wrap up any left overs and handle all the clean up for your party.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
We require at least 15 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. Within 14 days of your event, you may re-schedule to any available Mon-Thursday party time and you must increase your deposit to 50% of your party package price. Within 48 hours of the event, you may re-schedule to any available Mon-Thursday party time and you must increase your deposit to 100% of your party package price.
Is a deposit required?
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. We will review your final bill at the end of your party. A 10% optional gratuity will be added and your deposit will be removed from the final bill.
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?
It's easy! Just give us a call, reserve online or stop in and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time!
What food items can be brought into the facility?
You may bring cake, cupcakes, cookies, ice cream, brownies, or donuts to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted. You may bring any non-alcoholic beverages.
Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena?
We’re sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatable arena(s).
Do you have a cake vendor that I can order a cake from?
Yes. We offer ice cream cakes from Dairy Queen. We also have cookies available from Potbelly, and cookies and/or brownies available from Italian Pizza Kitchen.
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, balloons or goodie bag order?
You may modify your orders on the day of the party, excluding food.
Can I have alcohol for the adults?
No alcohol is allowed in our facility.
How many slices are in a pizza?
We offer a 14" pizza. The pizza is sliced into 12 child sized, triangular slices. A pizza typically serves 6 children or 4-5 adults.
What is the price of the other food options?

Do you offer any other food besides pizza?
Yes. Please see our catering menus for all of the available options (including appetizers, pasta, salad, sandwiches, dry snacks, fruit, vegetables, and more).
When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We’ll call you 3-5 days prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already. Our team of expert party planners can help you select the appropriate amount of food.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
All of our birthday party packages include complimentary table clothes, plates, cups, napkins and utensils. If you would prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own pre-assembled decorations and/or paper products to be used in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our popular Pump It Up goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own already inflated balloons.
How many guests can I invite?
Unless you have arranged a custom event package with us, your party can accommodate up to 40 children and no more than 65 total people, kids and adults combined. If your head count should rise above your reserved package, you will be charged an additional fee per each additional child. Fees vary by package.
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun, but are not required to stay.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
No. We have everything you need to host your party including: plates, napkins, cups, table cloths, plastic ware, candles (assorted stick), lighters, and serving knives. Satellite radio is available in every room, or if you choose to do so you may bring a kid-friendly CD which can be played in any room. Devices with a headphone jack can only be played in the party room but not the arenas.
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s).
How much pizza should I order for the adults and what about their drinks?
During confirmation one of our party planning specialists can make a recommendation for what is appropriate for your group size.
Do you have a refrigerator for my cakes or drinks?
Yes. Space is limited, so please do not arrange to drop off items more than 20 minutes prior to the start of your event.
