When are you reopening?
Daily updates can occur due to local officials' guidance so please check back for future updates.
Are you conducting any sort of cleaning / disinfecting measure before reopening?
Yes, we are implementing revamped operations that focus on enhanced cleaning procedures and social distancing measures. When you visit our location you may see the following: Extra Sanitizing Stations Placed throughout the facility so guests can wash hands and sanitize between arenas activities and party room. One-time Use Product implementation, such as disposable cups plates and cutlery, which will help reduce person to product contact and add an extra layer of protection. Readily available and sanitized utility carts to help you bring items to and from your car (available upon request). Signage placed throughout the facility to remind and encourage all guests and staff to engage in social distancing practices.
What are your cleaning procedures?
Diligence in keeping areas sanitary is, as always, of the utmost importance. Team members receive training on the proper cleaning methods and protocols. Detailed checklists are utilized multiple times throughout the day for all routine cleanings and management enforces that standards are met at all times. Floors and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each party. Party rooms: All tables benches, countertops and birthday thrones are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each event. We have increased cleaning time for sanitization and added team members dedicated to disinfecting between events using an EPA approved disinfectant for use against SARS-CoV-2.We request guests to direct any concerns on our cleaning procedures to the supervisor on duty so it can be immediately
Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes, masks are required. In accordance with the Governor's orders, except as specifically exempted in the order, all persons ages 2 and up are required to wear a Face Covering over their nose and mouth while outside of the person's residence or personal vehicle in public settings. Team members will also wear Face Coverings.
What other measures are you taking to follow social distancing protocols?
We have implemented numerous measures to limit contact, including contactless payment options, digital kiosks, reduced cross-traffic between 100% private parties, and introduced individually packaged food items.
How do 100% private parties make it safer to celebrate?
As always, our 100% private parties provide you the opportunity to be in control of who attends your event and allows us to clean and sanitize the party space between each event. In addition, we have implemented the use of airless spray sanitizing devices between events on inflatables and surfaces. This method offers far better coverage, shorter drying times, and an overall better kill rate for viruses and bacteria within the facility to keep our guests and employees safe.

How long are you closed for?
Our location is temporarily closed in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines. The store will reopen following the guidelines of the local government orders. Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required to play on the inflatables.
Are your inflatables safe and clean?
Absolutely! Our inflatables have been custom designed to account for heavy, indoor use. Each inflatable goes through rigorous testing for all ages before it is released to any of our facilities nationwide. At our facility, each inflatable is anchored to the floor, wall, and/or ceiling to provide extra stability. Entrances and tunnels are wiped down after each party and every inflatable is cleaned and inspected on an ongoing maintenance schedule.
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
For insurance purposes, every guest who enters our arenas must have a completed waiver. All guests under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. To save time at the party, we suggest you and your guests complete the online waiver ahead of time. This can be done by either sharing your personalized waiver URL OR by using our free, personalized Pump It Up online invitations that you can send to all of your favorite party people! More details can be located on your booking letter. Additional waivers are available at Pump It Up or online.
Are there any age/height restrictions?
Yes. For safety purposes, children under 34 inches are NOT permitted in or on the equipment for any reason (even if accompanied by an adult).
Will Pump It Up provide supervision in the play areas?
Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable play areas so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome. We ask that all gratuities be settled at the front desk during check-out.
Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.
Can adults play on the inflatables?
For the safety of all guests and to minimize traffic on rides, adults are not allowed to play on the rides.
What type of safety instruction is provided?
We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Pump It Up safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience we accept cash, Visa & MasterCard, Discover, American Express as payment options. Sorry no checks.

Birthday Party

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that hosts arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their event time to check-in and go over details of the scheduled event. Guests should arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check-in and the Pump It Up safety video viewing.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?
It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date or book your party online. Adding experiences and add on's has never been easier with our Customize My Party portal. See your booking letter for details on how to customize your party with just one click!
Is my party private or will my guests share the inflatables and party rooms with guests from other parties?
For the safety and security of your guests, your party is completely private 100% of the time. There will not be any other people from any other parties in the arenas or party rooms while you are there. This allows our staff to focus solely on your group and to make the occasion special for your child.
Is a deposit required?
A $75 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. You may reschedule your party up to 7 days of the party date. If you cancel your party at this time, the deposit will may be applied to a future party within the next 365 days or you may choose to receive eight open jump passes in lieu of your deposit. The remaining balance, taxes, and any gratuity can be handled at the front desk at conclusion of the event.
What food items can be brought into the facility?
You may bring cake and cupcakes to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted. No exceptions!
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
Absolutely! We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s).
What assistance do you provide in the party room?
Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your group. Then, we setup the party room with any items you might have brought such as your cake and ice cream. We will take care of any items your guests might bring, like birthday presents for the guest of honor! During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks, take care of spills, and check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything else.
What kind of seating do you have in the party room?
Our party rooms have 5 tables with bench seating and we have benches along the wall for extra seating.
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
How much time will we have in each area of the facility?
For a 2 hour party, you and your guests will have 35 minutes in each arena and 50 minutes in the party room.
When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We’ll call you prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already. If you would like to customize your party prior to the call, free free to log in on our Customize My Party portal. Your access information can be located on your booking letter received at the time of booking.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have candles and socks available for purchase.
Will the party room be available for us during our arena play time?
Typically not, because there will usually be another party in the party room. However, feel free to check at the front desk to see if it is available.

Open Jump

Are reservations required?
Reservations are preferred and highly recommended in order to secure your spot for any of our Open Jumps.
Is there an additional charge for parents, siblings, and/or care-givers?
There is no additional charge for parents or care-givers. However, siblings are counted as part of the guest count.
Do I need to stay with my child during the Open Play session
Yes – our weekly Open Jump sessions are not drop-off events.

Other Ways to Play

Are reservations required for camps?
We recommend that you reserve your child's space for camp. Please contact us to make reservations.
How will the kids socially distance during Jump and Learn?
The designated learning spaces will be 6ft apart and each area to only 10 kids per area/activity.
What can my child bring to Jump and Learn?
We ask kids to bring only items needed to complete e-learning such as a laptop or tablet fully charged and a charger for the device. The device should be logged in and set with school requirements We will provide supplemental materials and activities beyond e-learning times.
Do you have early or late extended care options for Jump and Learn?
Yes, we offer early drop off and late pick up for $10 for every 30 minutes. Must inform us 24 hours before early drop-off. Early drop off available as early as 7:30 AM. Late pick up available until 5:00 PM.
What's included in the cost of camps?
Camps include a snack, themed games and activities, art supplies, and a lot of jumping!
Will temperature be taken before entering the building?
Staff are required to ask the parent/guardian to confirm that the child does not have a fever, shortness of breath, or cough. Staff will also be checking temperature daily. Staff or children who have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher are not permitted into the program.
