What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing. We ask that you arrive NO sooner then your check in time as we will be helping the party before yours. Thank You!

Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
YES! Your party coordinator will take care of the set up, cake cutting and clean up! Now, thats easy!
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the party
Is a deposit required?
A $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. PARTY PACKAGE IS FINAL ON PARTY DAY

What food items can be brought into the facility?
***NOTE: you may bring in fruit & veggie platters, chips,cake/cupcakes,juice boxes & water bottles (in original packaging, no loose/glass bottles) NO OTHER FOOD IS ALLOWED AND WILL NOT BE SERVED. We do NOT allow ice or ice chests, we have refrigerators for your items upon check in. Do you offer any other food besides pizza?
Garden and Antipasto Salads, Breadsticks, Chicken Wings and Spaghetti with marinara sauce
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
IF SERVING CAKE, PLEASE BRING YOUR CAKE KNIFE AND CANDLES. We have lighters for you (no matches please). We also supply plates, cups, napkins and forks in the party room ** PARTY ROOM CAN ACCOMODATE UP TO 50 PEOPLE** (kids + adults)
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We will call you starting TUESDAY (the week of the party) to take your party selections and any additional orders. Deadline for these items is WEDNESDAY at 5pm. We proudly serve our food from Dalia's Pizza
Will the party room be available for us during our arena play time?
Typically not, because there will usually be another party in the party room. However, feel free to check at the front desk to see if it is available.

Are the party prices different on Holidays and School Closings?
Parties scheduled on holidays & school closings are subject to our weekend rates for party pricing.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own table decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not allow streamers, silly string, confetti , bubbles or piñatas. We do not allow anything on our walls or ceilings

How many slices are in a pizza?
12 kid-friendly slices in our large pizzas. And we offer cheese, 1 topping at $18.95 each
Specialty Selections are $23.95 each.
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?
It's easy! Just give us a call 909-466-0806 and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also book your party online. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to make your reservation. (Visa, Mastercard or cash)
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 10 days( PRIOR to your party day) advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your party must be rescheduled within 2 months of the original party date.. Days 9-4 is 50% of remaining balance and 3 or less days is 100% of your remaining balance. Your $100 deposit is non-refundable. Sorry, no exceptions. No call, no show on party day is charged the FULL balance of party.
What assistance do you provide in the party room?
Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your group. Then, we setup the party room with any items you might have brought such as your cake (please refer to food policy) During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks,cut & serve your cake and clean everything up once you are done

Do you provide ice for drinks?
No, we don't provide ice. Our 2 liters are cold and ready to serve. We do not allow ice/ice chests in the store. Please bring your items (from our food policy list) cold and upon check in we will put your items back in our refrigerator
