Pump It Up Frequently Asked Questions


Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required to play on the inflatables.
Are your inflatables safe and clean?
Absolutely! Our inflatables have been custom designed to account for heavy, indoor use. Each inflatable goes through rigorous testing for all ages before it is released to any of our facilities nationwide. At our facility, each inflatable is anchored to the floor, wall, and/or ceiling to provide extra stability. Entrances and tunnels are wiped down after each party and every inflatable is cleaned and inspected on an ongoing maintenance schedule.
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
For insurance purposes, every guest who enters our arenas must have a completed waiver. All guests under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Pump It Up or online.
Are there any age/height restrictions?
No Bouncers are for all ages
Will Pump It Up provide supervision in the play areas?
Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable play areas so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.
Can adults play on the inflatables?
What type of safety instruction is provided?
We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Pump It Up safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience we accept Visa & MasterCard and cash as payment options. Sorry no checks.

Birthday Party

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing. We ask that you arrive NO sooner then your check in time as we will be helping the party before yours. Thank You! We cannot accept your party items unless it is your party check in time
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
YES! Your party coordinator will take care of the set up, cake cutting and clean up! Now, thats easy!
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?
It's easy! Just give us a call 909-466-0806 and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also book your party online. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to make your reservation. (Visa, Mastercard or cash)
Is a deposit required?
A $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. PARTY PACKAGE IS FINAL ON PARTY DAY If a cancellation/rescheduling is necessary, please give the store a call so that we may cancel your reservation properly. What food items can be brought into the facility?
***NOTE: you may bring in fruit & veggie platters, chips,cake/cupcakes,juice boxes & water bottles (in original packaging, no loose/glass bottles) NO OTHER FOOD IS ALLOWED AND WILL NOT BE SERVED. We do NOT allow ice or ice chests, we have refrigerators for your items upon check in. We don't have a freezer,...nice cream or ice cream cakes please ** PARTY ROOM CAN ACCOMODATE UP TO 50 PEOPLE MAX (kids + adults)
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the party
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 10 days( PRIOR to your party day) advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your party must be rescheduled within 2 months of the original party date.. Days 9-4 is 50% of remaining balance and 3 or less days is 100% of your remaining balance. Your $100 deposit is non-refundable. Sorry, no exceptions. No call, no show on party day is charged the FULL balance of party.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own table decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not allow streamers, silly string, confetti , bubbles or piñatas. We do not allow anything on our walls or ceilings ** PARTY ROOM CAN ACCOMODATE UP TO 50 PEOPLE (kids + adults)
Are the party prices different on Holidays and School Closings?
Parties scheduled on holidays & school closings are subject to our weekend rates for party pricing.
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
Do you offer any other food besides pizza?
Garden and Antipasto Salads, Breadsticks, Chicken Wings and Spaghetti with marinara sauce
What assistance do you provide in the party room?
Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your group. Then, we setup the party room with any items you might have brought such as your cake (please refer to food policy) During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks,cut & serve your cake and clean everything up once you are done ** NOTE; party room can accomodate up to 50 people max (kids + adults)
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We will call you starting TUESDAY (the week of the party) to take your party selections and any additional orders. Deadline for these items is WEDNESDAY at 5pm. We proudly serve our food from Dalia's Pizza
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
IF SERVING CAKE, PLEASE BRING YOUR CAKE KNIFE AND CANDLES. We have lighters for you (no matches please). We also supply plates, cups, napkins and forks in the party room ** PARTY ROOM CAN ACCOMODATE UP TO 50 PEOPLE** (kids + adults)
Will the party room be available for us during our arena play time?
Typically not, because there will usually be another party in the party room. However, feel free to check at the front desk to see if it is available. ** PARTY ROOM CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 50 PEOPLE (kids + adults) Our parties are 2 hours. Completely private drom start until finish! We start with 1 hr 20 min of playtime followed by 45 min in the party room
How many slices are in a pizza?
12 kid-friendly slices in our large pizzas. And we offer cheese, 1 topping at $18.95 each Specialty Selections are $23.95 each.
Do you provide ice for drinks?
No, we don't provide ice. Our 2 liters are cold and ready to serve. We do not allow ice/ice chests in the store. Please bring your items (from our food policy list) cold and upon check in we will put your items back in our refrigerator

Open Jump

Do I need to stay with my child during the Open Play session
Yes – our weekly Open Jump sessions are not drop-off events. And playtime on the inflatables is only for kids ages 10 and under. NO adults may play during our open jump times. Socks and a signed waiver is required.
Is the admission cost refundable?
Admission Fee is applied to all children attending Open Jump, and is for admission into the facility. Admission Fee is non-refundable once the session has begun.
Are there height restrictions for Open Jump?
Children must be 34” tall to play on the inflatables at this facility. Children who do not meet the height requirement may enter the facility at no charge, but are not permitted on the inflatables at all, not event with an adult.
