What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.
Is a deposit required?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
What food items can be brought into the facility?
You may bring cake and cupcakes to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted. You may bring cake and cupcakes. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted. Any outside food will result in a $75 fee, and possibly a $25 cleaning up fee
Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena?
We’re sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatable arena(s).
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, balloons or goodie bag order?
Unfortunately, pizza orders are placed the night before and cannot be changed on the day of your party. For goodie bags, you are charged only for what you use, so an approximate headcount is okay. you may purchase additional balloons on the day of the party.
How many slices are in a pizza?
12 slices in a large, 16 in an X-Large
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our popular Pump It Up goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please).
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE You may reschedule within 30 days of the party date with an additional $100 deposit due at the time of rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 14 days of your event, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit is required for a future booking.
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s).
Do you provide ice for drinks?
No, but our soft drinks are cold. If you would like to serve ice with your drinks, you may bring ice and store it in our freezer.
