Open Hours, Tours Open Jump Update!

We will have more information coming soon about our re-opening 7 days a week dates for our stores.

All open jumps must be pre-registered, or they are subjected to be canceled due to short staffed!

We are doing our best to answer every call and return voice mails. Please be understanding with us during these short staffed times. If you cannot reach someone at our Wixom location please feel free to contact our sister store in Auburn Hills for further assistance, 248-375-1100.

Please schedule all tour requests of our facility. Tours are available Monday-Friday ONLY. Saturdays and Sundays are booked back to back with private parties so no tours will be given on those days. If you wish to speak to someone in person about booking a party, please come during open weekday times. Staff is respectfully attending to parties and their hosts during weekend times. Please schedule a weekday time to come in person to book.

We completely understand your concerns. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance at Pump It Up of Wixom. We have policies and procedures in place to ensure a clean and safe environment for children.

Here are the steps we take to keep our facilities virus-free:

• In our lobby we offer hand sanitizer and wipe down the waiver kiosk stations with disinfectant.
• We require all guests to use hand sanitizer before and after jumping on our rides, and we wipe down touch points on the rides with disinfectant after each event.
• We have removed items from our play arenas than cannot be easily sanitized.
• We encourage guests to follow the guidelines directly from the CDC. The Center For Disease Control (CDC) always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases and can be found directly on their website: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html
• Every team member receives training on the proper cleaning methods and protocols for every area of our facility.
• Team members’ shifts include allotted cleaning time.
• Detailed checklists are used to ensure routine cleaning is completed and our management team ensures standards are met.
• All children are encouraged to use hand sanitizer upon entering the play rooms and party rooms.
• Hand sanitizer is available to guests throughout the facility.
• Each ride is deep cleaned regularly.
• Floors and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily, with routine cleanings.
• In our party rooms, all tables and our birthday throne are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each event.
• And as a reminder, our parties are 100% private, so you will only be sharing the party space with your invited guests.
