What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.
Can I have a party for more than one birthday child?
Yes. We charge $50.00 extra for each additional birthday child (limited to 2 kids; the extra child must be added when the party is originally booked).
Is a deposit required?
A $110 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party with a credit card. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. Your party must be rescheduled within 1 month of the original party date. Failure to do so will result in you being responsible for 100% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 48 hours of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
What food items can be brought into the facility?
You may bring cake, cupcakes, prepackaged dry snacks, candy to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. Set up Time is generally 1 hour into your play arena time as other guests may be in the party room when your party starts.
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We’ll call you prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already.
What kind of drinks can I bring?
We do not allow any outside drinks; however, we have drinking fountains and also offer water, caprisuns, and soda for purchase.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our popular Pump It Up goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. However, balloons you do have to purchase through us if you choose to have them. We have three different balloon packages, from which you may choose!
Can we start in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s).
How many slices are in a pizza?

What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, balloons or goodie bag order?
Unfortunately, pizza orders are placed the night before and cannot be decreased on the day of your party. For goodie bags, you are charged only for what you use, so an approximate headcount is okay. You may purchase additional balloons on the day of the party.
What if there is inclement weather the day of our party?
In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to agree on a sensible approach taking into account the current weather conditions. If we agree to reschedule the event, we will work with you to find a new date that's within one (1) month of the original date and the new reservation must be made within one (1) week of the original party date. At the time we agree to reschedule the event, the customer is responsible for 100% of the party price.
