General

Are your inflatables safe and clean?
Absolutely! Our inflatables have been custom designed to account for heavy, indoor use. Each inflatable goes through rigorous testing for all ages before it is released to any of our facilities nationwide. At our facility, each inflatable is anchored to the floor, wall, and/or ceiling to provide extra stability. Entrances and tunnels are wiped down after each party and every inflatable is cleaned and inspected on an ongoing maintenance schedule.
Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required to play on the inflatables.
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
For insurance purposes, every guest who enters our arenas must have a completed waiver, regardless of age or participation. All guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a legal parent/guardian (No EXCEPTIONS). For your convenience, family members aged 18 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Waivers are available online only. We no longer have paper waivers available.
Are there any age/height restrictions?
Yes. For safety purposes, children must be 2 yrs old AND 34 inches to play on the equipment. Children able to play on inflatables must be able to navigate equipment without any assistance (including parental help). Toddler toys are available. Thank you.
Can adults play on the inflatables?
Yes, during private parties, as long as they are within the manufacturers guidelines for height and weight, providing the adult has also signed a waiver and watched the safety video. We reserve the right to limit the numbers of adults depending on the size of the party and number of guests, typically 1 free adult admission per paid child.
Will Pump It Up provide supervision in the play areas?
Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable play areas so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover as payment options. Sorry no checks.
What type of safety instruction is provided?
We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Pump It Up safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).

Birthday Party

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing. We request that you do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your party time, we may be assisting other party hosts and guests. Thank you.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes - a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.
Can I have a party for more than one birthday child?
Yes. We do not charge extra for an additional birthday child (limited to 2 kids; the extra child must be added when the party is originally booked). We recommend considering opening gifts at home depending on the number of gifts, age of children, and length of party room time.
Is a deposit required?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. We accept VISA, Mastercard or Discover. No Checks. You may call 440-934-5997 to book or book online.
What food items can be brought into the facility?
You may bring cake or cupcakes (No ice cream cakes) to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food or drinks are permitted. Other food options, beverages, and ice cream cups may be purchased from our food options. Please let us know about any allergies or food issues.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
Your Deposit is non-refundable (Sorry, no exceptions) To avoid additional charges, we require at least 15 days advance notice if you need to reschedule your party. Your party must be rescheduled within 1 month of the original party date. Failure to do so will result in you being responsible for 100% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 48 hours of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own paper products (table covers, plates, cups, napkins, flatware) in the party room. We now offer Themed Paper products as a party add-on. Decorations are limited to a small banner, balloons, or simple centerpieces. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Will the party room be available for us during our arena play time?
Typically not, because there will usually be another party in the party room. However, feel free to check at the front desk to see if it is available. If you would like to see your party room after our staff has set up, we usually have about 10 minutes before your party room time starts.
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
Can I have a craft activity during the party?
Because of the potential damage to our facility, we do not allow any craft projects, we are sorry but this includes face painting.
If I have booked a party package for 25 kids, can I change it to a smaller package?
Yes if it's within 48 hours of your party. We will contact you 2-3 prior to your event so we can make the proper adjustments and finalize all other options you may need to add. Party packages CANNOT be changed day of event.

Open Jump

Is there an additional charge for parents, siblings, and/or care-givers?
There is no additional charge for parents or care-givers. However, siblings are counted as part of the guest count. For the safety and comfort of our younger guests, playing on equipment is for children only, Please!
Are there height restrictions for Open Jump?
Children must be 34” tall to play on the inflatables at this facility. Children who do not meet the height requirement may enter the facility at no charge, but are not permitted on the inflatables at all. Toddler toys are available. Adults are not permitted to play during Open Jumps.
