At Pump It Up, safety and sanitation are of great importance to us. Here are a few of the things we do to help ensure that our guests have a safe, clean and enjoyable experience at our facility:
Air Sanitation - Each play arena is equipped with the EcoQuest Fresh Air System. This system is used in hospital operating rooms throughout the country and features RCI Technology, which is used to scrub the air inside NASA spacecrafts. RCI helps kill
airborne germs and eliminate odors.
Equipment Sanitation - Entrances & exits of every inflatable are sanitized before EACH AND EVERY party. In addition, each piece of equipment is deep-cleaned weekly, using surface sanitizer and a vacuum crevice tool.
Facility Cleanliness - Our facility is cleaned daily, in accordance with our extensive and detailed checklist.
Food Handling - Staff members serving food are required to wear disposable gloves.
Hand Sanitizer - We provide an all-natural, chemical-free hand sanitizer to our guests, as well as our staff.
