Property Characteristics

Pump It Up resides in retail, retail/warehouse, light industrial/flex space, warehouse/distribution zoned areas or stand alone buildings. A zoning variance or special use permit may be required for our facility to operate.

Characteristics of an acceptable site include:

  • Clean in appearance
  • Good visibility from a well-traveled area
  • Good lighting in parking lots and in front of facility
  • Easy access from parking lots
  • Comfortable feeling in which parents will bring children to a night birthday
  • Near other businesses with similar customer base (i.e., dance studio, gymnastics, karate, rock climbing, pottery for kids, laser tag, go-kart racing, etc.)
  • Near other destinations in which people might travel regularly (i.e. shopping, extracurricular activities, school)
  • Guidelines for parking include:
    • Customer parking – 30 parking spots
    • Employee parking – 12 parking spots
