Pump It Up resides in retail, retail/warehouse, light industrial/flex space, warehouse/distribution zoned areas or stand alone buildings. A zoning variance or special use permit may be required for our facility to operate.
Characteristics of an acceptable site include:

Clean in appearance

Good visibility from a well-traveled area

Good lighting in parking lots and in front of facility

Easy access from parking lots

Comfortable feeling in which parents will bring children to a night birthday

Near other businesses with similar customer base (i.e., dance studio, gymnastics, karate, rock climbing, pottery for kids, laser tag, go-kart racing, etc.)

Near other destinations in which people might travel regularly (i.e. shopping, extracurricular activities, school)
