Staff was very attentive! It was the easiest birthday party!! I have nothing but great reviews from the people who attended the birthday party! It was definitely the best experience we have had so far with brithday parties!

I love your facility better than Facility X, and I like that you bounce in 2 rooms, not just one. There was plenty of time to eat and open presents. I also like that you don't charge if a parent decides to jump. The party room was SO clean-that is important. The staff was great, helping with my balloons and trying to get me to stop helping!

I have held many "outside the home" parties, with many different activities, and Pump It Up is my favorite for my teen and tweens. I like how the parties are private, that way the guest of honor can spend time with his friends, and only his friends in a safe enviroment. Your staff did a great job at keeping the kids safe, but playing with them and keeping activities going as well. This is a great value for our birthday parites and our baseball parties. Thanks for all you do to keep a safe, clean enviroment. Also, many thanks for your support in your fund raising activities for the Brest Cancer 3-Day Walk - 2 years in a row!
