Birthday Planning Process
Pump It Up is the ONLY inflatable birthday party facility in the Greater Cincinnati area that offers 100% PRIVATE birthday parties. When it comes to parties our customer service is incredible. Just give us a call (or book online) and we will take care of EVERY aspect of your party. Here is the party planning process:
Step 1 - First figure out how many kids you are inviting and whether you want to have your party on a weekday or weekend. Here are your options (all parties are 2 hours in length) and require a $75 non-refundable deposit to hold your date and will be applied to the party price the day of the party:
Classic Party Weekend for 25 - $279.00
Classic Party Weekend for 14 - $239.00
Classic Party Weekend for 12 - $229.00
Classic Party Weekday for 25 - $239.00
Classic Party Weekday for 14 - $209.00

All of our basic party package's includes set-up and clean up of the party, pump it up branded plates and cups, candles, full color invitations, and all the utensils you need.
This is the only decision you need to make upfront. We will call you 48 hours before the party to confirm and go over the options. By then you should know how many kids are coming and have an idea of the options you want.
Step #2 - Choose whether or not you want the all inclusive ULTIMATE option - $7.00/child
This includes - 2 Slices of pizza per child, 2 Liters of Coca-Cola products, goodie bags, ice cream and balloons. If you want the Ultimate option, proceed to step #5, if not go to step #3.
Step #3 - Choose what you want for food and drinks:
Large 1 topping pizza's - $13.99/each (feeds 5 kids)
Large specialty pizza's - $16.99/each (feeds 5 kids)
2-Liters of Coca Cola products (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Orange Fanta, Lemonade and Pink Lemonade) - $2.00/each
Capri-Sun and Minute Maid Juice Boxes - $0.50/each
Ice Cream Cups (Vanilla, Chocolate, Orange, and Cotton Candy) - $0.75/each
Step #4 - Goodie Bags - Pump it Up Deluxe goodie bags, or sports bottles filled with toys and candy - $3.75/each
Step #5 - Party Experiences
Superhero Training Camp - $2.50/child -- Calling all Superheroes! Learn to perform feats of strength, speed, and intelligence. Decode the secret message to defeat the villian and become a real superhero! Your birthday child and party guests will have a super time with this interactive party, transforming themselves into real superheroes while participating in games and activities like super tag, dodge the krypton and work through a giant obstacle course.
Pirate Quest - $2.50/child -- Pirates wanted! Your birthday child will serve as captain, leading the crew of jolly buccaneer party guests on an interactive treasure hunt to find the treasure and true identity of One-Eyed What's His Name - a pirate known for his mega birthday bashes. Solve the puzzles and follow the maps to become a real pirate.
Glow Party Upgrade - $30.00 upgrade price
Glow package includes 26 glow necklaces, a LED glow baton and a custom glow in the dark t-shirt for the birthday child.
Suggested Glow party dress attire includes white, neon, sport stripes, tie dye or glow in the dark clothing. Be creative. Use your imagination! Don't forget about your socks...white or neon colors will GLOW bright!

Perfect 10 Party

Perfect 10 is the perfect party for groups of 10 or fewer on Monday - Thursday only. Kids can spend 60 minutes jumping and then celebrate with 30 minutes in the party room. Of course, you can always add food and goodie bags to make the Perfect 10 - perfect!

This Mini-Classic Party is an 1 hour and 30 minutes with 60 minutes of jumping time and 30 minutes of party room for up to 12 children all in a private, safe, clean, climate controlled environment. It's the perfect party for smaller groups. You and your guests will enjoy lots of fun-filled inflatable playtime and the use of our brightly decorated, private party room.
All of our parties are 100% private and supervised. Private arenas, private party rooms and a dedicated team of staff working your party. Our Mini Classic Party includes free full-color invitations, complimentary paper products, party set-up, clean-up and more.
