School Fund Raisers

 
Thank you for your interest in having a Pump It Up fundraiser. Pump It Up of Reno Sparks can help your organization raise money while your guests jump for joy on our super-sized inflatables.

A Pump It Up Fundraiser involves the entire family. Everyone is able to jump, slide, and laugh on the inflatables at Pump It Up. A Pump It Up fundraiser is a private 2-hour event.

Setting up a Pump It Up fundraiser is simple.
  1. SELECT a date and time. The Pump It Up facility is available to support fundraisers Monday through Thursdays during these timeslots: 3:30-5:30pm, 5-7pm, or 6:30-8:30pm. If your fundraiser takes place on a day school is not in session, we can accommodate earlier timeslots.
  2. DETERMINE the per person price of your fundraiser. Consider your fundraising goals when setting the price. Pump It Up will charge your organization $5 per person. For example, if your cost is $15 per person, Pump It Up will get $5 per person and your organization will keep $10 per person. You will need to decide if you will charge admission to only children who meet our 34” height requirement up to age 17 or if you will charge adults over 18 years old as well.
  3. ADVERTISE your event so that it is well attended. Everyone that enters our inflatable arena must complete a waiver and wear socks- no exceptions.
On the day of the event, your organizational leaders should arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up. The Pump It Up staff will collect the waivers and then send the families to your representatives to collect the money. At the end of the event, Pump It Up will charge your organization $5 per person based on the waivers collected.

School Spirit Night


Invite your whole school, grade, or class to Pump It Up for a night of Bouncing, Climbing, and sliding FUNdraising. We will charge admission and split the proceeds with you. In addition, you may set up refreshment, bake sales and auctions and keep all of those profits.
Fund Raising Prizes


Trying to motivate the kids in your school with your current fundraiser? Why not award a prize of a FREE Pump It Up Party to the student or class that raises the most money? The winner receives a party for up to 25 guests, or the entire class, regardless of the number of students.
