They'll spend 30 minutes in each of our 2 different arenas. Along the way they'll learn about the importance of physical activity and how to calculate their heart rates.
After all of that fun, they'll spend 30 minutes in our party room enjoying a healthy snack and a drink learning about good nutrition and how to read labels.
Each participant receives a special Pump It Up patch!
