Our Dry Land Hockey training has been so successful that we decided to have a mini-camp between sessions. The format will be an abreviated version of our five week session. We will cover such topics as explosiveness, agility and quickness, and puck handling. Also covered will be muscle memory, combination skills as well as team work.
Session dates: December 27, 28, 29
Times and Ages:
6:00-7:15 ages 4-7
7:30-8:45 ages 8 and up
All you need to bring is a stick and socks and tennis shoes.
Cost is $55 for entire camp
