- Reservations are required with a $50 non-refundable deposit.
Our Private Play Group package includes 1 hour of private arena playtime, full color invitations, unlimited air hockey, all in a clean, safe, climate-controlled environment.

Fundraiser
Thank you for your interest in having a Pump It Up of Hagerstown fundraiser. Pump It Up of Hagerstown can help your organization raise money while your guests jump for joy on our super-sized inflatables.
A Pump It Up Fundraiser involves the entire family. Everyone is able to jump, slide, and laugh on the inflatables at Pump It Up. A Pump It Up fundraiser is a private 2-hour event.
Setting up a Pump It Up fundraiser is simple.
- SELECT a date and time. The Pump It Up facility is available to support fundraisers Monday through Thursdays during these timeslots: 3:30-5:30pm, 5-7pm, or 6:30-8:30pm. If your fundraiser takes place on a day school is not in session, we can accommodate earlier timeslots.
- DETERMINE the per person price of your fundraiser. Consider your fundraising goals when setting the price. Pump It Up will charge your organization $5 per person. For example, if your cost is $15 per person, Pump It Up will get $5 per person and your organization will keep $10 per person. You will need to decide if you will charge admission to only children who meet our 34” height requirement up to age 17 or if you will charge adults over 18 years old as well.
- ADVERTISE your event so that it is well attended. Everyone that enters our inflatable arena must complete a waiver and wear socks- no exceptions.
Pump It Up of Hagerstown is able to comfortably support 50-60 jumpers in our inflatable arena at one session. On the day of the event, your organizational leaders should arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up 2 cash boxes to collect money. The Pump It Up staff will collect the waivers and then send the families to your representatives to collect the money. At the end of the event, Pump It Up will charge your organization $5 per person based on the waivers collected.

Field Trips
Pricing Structure for Pump It Up Hagerstown Field Trip Packages
1 Hour Event:
1 hour of Arena time, No Party Room Time. The entire duration is spent in the arena.
$7 per child
1.5 Hour Event:
Option1: The entire duration is spent in the arena.
Option 2: The first hour will be in the Arena, and the last thirty minutes will be in the Party Room.
$8 per child
2 Hour Event:
The first hour and thirty minutes will be in the Arena and last thirty minutes will be in the Party Room.
$9 per child
Food/beverage packages available to add-on for Party Room time:
One slice pizza and beverage $1.95 per child
Two slices pizza and beverage $2.95 per child
Unlimited Air Hockey is also included with all Field Trips.
A deposit is required to hold the date and time of the field trip and the amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of kids expected to attend. Our standard deposit is a non-refundable, minimum of $100. Field Trip pricing is intended for groups with 20 or more children only and is geared towards groups such as churches, youth groups, YMCA’s, mom’s clubs, etc. Please remember socks and signed waiver are required for play! Field Trips are available Monday-Thursday.

Team Party

Jump, Climb, Slide, and Bounce your way into the Pump It Up Team Party!
Your team will enjoy lots of fun-filled inflatable playtime and the use of our brightly decorated, private party room for trophies and awards.
Our Team Party includes 1 1/2 hours in the bounce arena, 1/2 hour in our brightly decorated party room for pizza and award presentations. This package includes 2 kid’s slices of pizza and beverage per child, full color invitations, complimentary paper products, party set up and clean-up and more, all in a private, safe, clean, climate controlled environment.
