• Exercise is boring – I don’t like it.
• I’m concerned about my health and my family’s health – we really need to get up and move more!
• I’ve never exercised before and I don’t know where to start.
Sound familiar? Well, Pump It Up has a Solution!
Family Fitness at Pump It Up gives you and your family the opportunity to spend time with each other and reap the physical, emotional and mental health benefits of exercise!
Family Fitness incorporates inflatable fun and exercise all in one! Simple yet challenging exercise routines developed by Mike Gaul*, owner of Trinity Fitness, certified personal trainer, and Certified Level 1 USA Weight Lifting Sports Performance coach, are combined with each bounce station for loads of healthy fun!
Regardless of your fitness level, ability or age – this is a great part of any healthy lifestyle!
Sessions begin on Monday, February 25th and every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday there after from 5pm - 9pm. Cost is $30.00 per month for Family of 4 or less and $5.00 for each additional family member.

Pump It Up is the perfect place for Schools, Groups, Day Cares, Clubs,
Teams, Corporations, Friends and Families to meet for FUN!
Your group is invited to jump, climb, bounce and slide in our brightly decorated, private party zone, featuring giant, soft,
interactive, fun-filled inflatables.
Private meeting/party room available upon request.
We offer food and beverage packages.
A WAIVER SIGNED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN AND SOCKS ARE REQUIRED TO PLAY AT PUMP IT UP.

Great Open Jump
Mark your calendar for this year's Great Open Jump on Wednesday, July 24th from 6-8pm to benefit Autism Speaks.
This year we're hosting an Imagination Celebration with a theme. Come join us for a night of fun, jumping, sliding and giving back. Kids are welcome to dress up in costume and will enjoy
Admission is $ per child and 100% of admission proceeds will be donated to Autism Speaks.
