How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?
  It's easy! Just give us a call at 239-275-8700 and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date online.

 Is a deposit required?
  A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

 How many guests can I invite?
  You may invite up to 25 for the Classic, Classic Deluxe, Ultimate Classic; 14 for the Mini Classic, Ultimate Cozy; 9 for the Classic Jr, Mini Classic Jr and 20 for the Private Play Group. The birthday child and all adults play for free and are not included in the guest count. We also have custom programs available for other special occasions.

 What if I have more than 14 or 25 guests?
  Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per additional guest over the party package limit, $5 for the Private Play Group and $17 for the Ultimate Classic/Ultimate Cozy. If you are inviting more than thirty guests, please let us know at least  7 days prior to the date of your party.

 Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents, and/or caregivers?
  There is no additional charge for parents or care-givers. If total guest count ages 2-17 exceeds party limit then there is a $10 per guest charge ($17 Ultimate Classic, Ultimate Cozy/$5 Private Play).

 What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
  We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing. 
*Please try not to arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party time, as there will likely be another group in the lobby.

 Do I need to stay at the party?
  The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!

 Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
  For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Pump It Up or online.

 Are socks required?
  For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the inflatables.

 What type of safety instruction is provided?
  We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Pump It Up safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).

 Will Pump It Up provide supervision in the play arena(s)?
  Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable arena(s) so you can relax and enjoy the party!

 Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
  In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.

 Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena?
  Typically, we do not allow additional time in the inflatable arena(s). However, please let us know if you’d like more time and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. (Additional charges may apply.)

 Can we start the party in the party room?
  Because we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).

 Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
  We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s). Also, if a party refuses to exit the party room after their allotted time is over, we will asses a $30 fee for the first 15 minutes of overtime and a $75 fee will be charged for the next 15 minutes after that.

 Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?
  Yes - a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.

 Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
  You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.

 Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
  Absolutely! We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards. Any excessive mess may result in a $25 clean up fee.

 Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
  Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.

 Are there options that I can add to make my party even more special?
  Yes. We can provide you with a GLOW party upgrade, goodie bags, balloons, inflatable balls, inflatable hi-five hands and more...

 What are the beverages you offer in the party room?
  Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mug Root Beer, Sierra Mist, Tropicana Fruit Punch, Orange Crush, Tropicana Pink Lemonade, 100% Juice boxes or Bottled water.

 When should I order pizza w/ beverages, cake, goodie bags, balloons, & other options?
  We’ll call you prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza w/ beverages, subs w/ beverages, cake, fruit tray, veggie tray, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already.

 
Feel free to call us as soon as you have a firm headcount. If we don’t hear from you, we will call you a day or two before your party to take your order. Our pizza vendor requires the order the night before your party.

 How much pizza should I order for the adults and what about their drinks?
  Our 16" XL pizza serves 5-6 adults and the drinks are included with refills.

 How many slices are in a pizza?
  There are 16 "kid friendly" slices in an XL pizza.

 What is the price of additional adult pizza?
  XL Cheese Pizza (includes beverage): $17.00 (Dough is done fresh daily.)

 
XL Pepperoni Pizza (includes beverage): $18.00 (Dough is done fresh daily.)

 
XL Vegetarian Pizza (includes beverage): $19.00 (Dough is done fresh daily.)

 
XL “Meat Eaters” Pizza (includes beverage):$21.00 (Dough is done fresh daily and includes Pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ham and ground beef.)

 Can I order whole pizzas for the kids?
  Yes you can! Our 16" XL pizza serves 6-7 children and the drinks are included.

 What is the price for a “Subway Sandwich Tray”?
  Tray sells for $49.99 and includes beverages. Brings an assortment of the following: 8 BMT Italian Combo (Genoa salami, pepperoni, ham and cheese), 8 Ham & cheese and 8 Turkey & cheese. (4 fresh white bread & 4 fresh wheat bread of each style). Each three inch cold sub includes white American cheese, fresh lettuce and tomato on fresh white or wheat bread. Mayonnaise and mustard comes on the side in individual packages. No substitutions or variations.

 What is the price of a cake?
  Our cakes are baked fresh, never frozen and come from Yum Yum Cakes. They come in Yellow, Chocolate, Strawberry Swirl or Chocolate Swirl with your choice of Strawberry, Pineapple, Butter Cream or Chocolate Butter Cream filling.
(We also have vanilla-ice cream cups for $1 to accompany any cake)

 Can I bring food to my party?
  You may bring cake, cupcakes, prepackaged dry snacks, and candy to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.  
*You will incur a penalty of $75 if non-permitted/outside food is brought to your party.

 Can I bring in my own drinks?
  For your convenience, we have a variety of beverages available for purchase. All of our pizza packages include beverages. If you are not purchasing pizza, 2 liter bottles of soda are $2.75 each and/or juice boxes and half water bottles for $.75 each. We’re sorry, but you may not bring your own beverages to the party.

*For your safety and enjoyment, food and/or beverages are not permitted in the inflatable arena(s).

 Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
  If you are not purchasing our popular Pump It Up goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons.  We’d be happy to inflate your balloons for $.75 each.

 Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
  If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have candles, cameras, and socks available for purchase.

 What if I need to reschedule my party?
  To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date). If you cancel or reschedule your party within 13 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 3 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).

 Is my party private or will my guests share the Inflatables and or party rooms with guests from other parties?
  For the safety of your guests, your party is completely private 100% all of the time. Your guests will have each room and each arena for your exclusive use only. There will not be any other people from any other parties in the arenas or party rooms while you are there.

 Can adults play on the inflatables?
  Yes (Parents play for free)
