Is my party private or will my guests share the inflatables and party rooms with guests from other parties?For the safety and security of your guests, your party is completely private 100% of the time. There will not be any other people from any other parties in the arenas or party rooms while you are there. This allows our staff to focus solely on your group and to make the occasion special for your child.
What assistance do you provide in the party room? Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your group. Then your party coordinator will take care of everything from serving the pizza and beverages, to preparing the birthday cake to be served to your guests. Along the way, they will checkin with you from time to time to see if you need anything else. Finally, at the end of your party leave all the mess for us to clean up!
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?It's easy! Just give us a call at 203-838-JUMP(5867) and speak with one of our party consultants and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date online.
Is a deposit required?A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party with a credit or debit card. Yes. A $100 deposit on credit or debit card is required to book all of our parties.The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
What forms of payment are accepted?All major credit cards are accepted. No personal checks, please.

How many guests can I invite?Please refer to the party package section of the website for the designated guest count. Your package includes the birthday child & 12 guests. Additional guests may be added for $16.95 each up to a maximum of 45 people (including adults).We also have custom programs available for other special occasions.
Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents, and/or caregivers?There is no additional charge for parents or care-givers.
What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?We ask that you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Pump It Up safety video viewing.
Do I need to stay at the party?The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Pump It Up or online.
Are socks required?For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the inflatables.For your convenience if a guest should require a pair, socks will be for sale at our lobby counter.
What type of safety instruction is provided?Safety is a high priority at Pump It Up. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Pump It Up safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).
Will Pump It Up provide supervision in the play arena(s)?Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable arena(s) so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Can a guest play while wearing a cast?In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.
Can we start the party in the party room?Because we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).All parties will start in Arena A.
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s).
Do you provide party room set up and clean up? Absolutely! We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
Are there options that I can add to make my party even more special?Yes. We can provide you with goodie bags, balloons, cakes, ice cream, additional food for the adults, use of our rock wall and much more
What are the beverages you offer in the party room?A variety of beverages will be available to choose from, including, juice, sodas and bottled water.
What if more or fewer kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, balloon and goodie bag order?Since it is pre-ordered, you will still be responsible for the cost of the additional pizza order.
Can we bring our own ice cream cake?No, but for you convenience, we will provide you with ice cream cake options.
Can I bring food to my party?You may bring cake, cupcakes and prepackaged dry snacks to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.
*You may/will incur a fee of $50.00 if non-permitted/outside food is brought to your party.
Can adults play on the inflatables?Yes. Adults are encouraged to play on the inflatables.
