We created the indoor inflatable party center market in 2000 when Brenda Dronkers and Terry Dillenburg, our founders, moved inflatable recreation from the backyards and fairgrounds into a safe and comfortable private indoor party facility in Pleasanton, California. Pump It Up began franchising in 2003 and now has over 240 franchised Party Facilities either open, looking for locations or under development. We are proud that our franchisees have made us the largest franchise chain in the children’s inflatable market.

Being the largest should not be enough for you, however, when you make your decision on investing in a Pump It Up franchise. For you to become a successful franchisee you need more than a franchisor that has a great concept, or a franchisor that is the largest player in its segment. At Pump It Up we are committed to providing our franchisees with a great franchise system. We begin our focus on the pre-opening development needs including location development. We continue with comprehensive franchisee and management training supported by world class operating manuals and local training tools. We maintain our relationship with our franchisees by providing them with innovative marketing programs and ongoing operational field and headquarters support. We provide our franchisees with the tools they need to manage and grow their businesses including our proprietary Franchise Management and Reservation system. We are continually working on ways to innovate the brand and stay a long way ahead of the competition.

Pump It Up has created a Franchise Advisory Council and other Task Forces that give our franchisees a voice in formulating the direction of the system. Our franchisees participate with management in ensuring that each program we develop has their input and has been validated based on their local experience. We don’t just consult with our franchisees, we involve them in the future we share.

We work with some of the nation’s leading franchise experts and partners in constantly improving on how we do our job.

Pump It Up’s public relations team provides our franchisees not only with assistance in getting their name out to the local community when they first open, but provide our franchisees, at no cost to them, a continual resource for local public relations ideas and execution. We have created the Pump It Up Birthday Club – an exciting loyalty program.

We have partnered with a leader in IT system development who has designed for us our latest management tool, the Pump It Up Franchise Management System. Our IT system provides you with the interactive tools you need to manage your business and to maximize your party facility. We provide you with your own web page to highlight your local events and promotions as part of the Pump It Up web site. We also give you your own Pump It Up email address so that we can conduct email marketing blasts to your customers.

We have our own proprietary inflatables and have engaged our manufacturing partner to create for us new and innovative inflatables to keep our facilities fresh. Our new Pump It Up Jr. and Pump It Up Minis are our latest creations.
