Party Attendant
• Greet the Host Family and assist with check-in procedures for the party
• Timely start of each party with enthusiasm and a bang of joy
• Interactively show safety video to kids and lead the party to the Arena
• Ensure that each person entering the Arena meets the company safety policies
• Ensure the safest environment possible in the Arena
• Interact with the party throughout the event and make the entire show lively and creative
• Oversee, guide and communicate with the Party Host about all Arena related activities
• Report all guest services issues to Shift Supervisor or Manager
• Check and clean Arenas and all equipment
• Perform other duties as needed
We are looking for motivated people that are available to work most Saturdays and Sundays and some weekday shifts, averaging 15-20 hours per week. This is a part-time position, and our hourly wages are competitive and your customer service skills drive additional tips!
Party Coordinator
• Greet the Party Host and verify party specifics
• Ensure that each Host’s belongings are stored and labeled correctly
• Communicate with the Party Host about the Host's Party Room needs
• Prepare the Party Room for each party
• Control the environment and make sure the Party Host is relaxed and satisfied
• Facilitate and manage all Party Room activities
• Complete a gift log for the Guest of Honor
• Clean the Party Room between each party
• Help the Party Host with all belongings to the car
• Report all guest service issues to the Shift Supervisor
• Perform other duties as needed

Marketing Coordinator and Shift Supervisor
Responsibilities:
•Learning about Pump It Up offerings, and motivation to convert telephone and in-person conversations into sales.
•Supervision of in-house parties, client communication, staff supervision and other facility responsibilities.
•Contact local schools, churches, and day care centers to promote school tours, field trips, and parties.
•Work with local charities and community organizations on fundraising events.
•Determine how Pump It Up can participate or take advantage of the traffic generated from community programs/events.
Qualifications:
•Must be able to work on weekends.
•Flexible to work during some of the weekdays.
•Must be creative and possess outstanding social and communication skills.
•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience working with Internet.
•Previous experience in marketing or event planning is a plus.
•Must be at least 21 years old.
This is a minimum 30-40 hours a week job and the ideal candidates can be hired Full-time. Our wages are highly competitive and include commission and tips for best performers! Customer service driven and self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply! MUST LOVE KIDS!
