Is my party private or will my guests share the inflatables and party rooms with guests from other parties?For the safety and security of your guests, your party is completely private 100% of the time. There will not be any other people from any other parties in the arenas or party rooms while you are there. This allows our staff to focus solely on your group and to make the occasion special for your child.
What assistance do you provide in the party room? Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your group. Then, we setup the party room with any items you might have brought to the party such as your cake (after they've been refrigerated of course!). We will also take care of any items your guests might bring, like birthday presents for the guest(s) of honor! During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks, take care of spills, and checkin with you from time to time to see if you need anything else. Finally, at the end of your party leave all the mess for us to clean up!
How do I schedule a Pump It Up party?It's easy! Just give us a call at 909-466-0806 and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date online.
Is a deposit required?A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party. If paying by cash we require a $100 deposit.
How many guests can I invite?Please refer to the party package section of the website for the designated guest count. You may invite up to the amount of children for the party you have reserved.(Kids ages 2-18, including birthday child/children, will count in your headcounts. Please see our website, refer to your customer copy of reservation or give us a call! Maximum amount of kids per party is 35 and maximum amount of total guests combined is 60 (adults + children ) . We also have custom programs available for other special occasions.
What if I have more than the allowed
guests?Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per additional guest (children) over the number included in your party package. For the safety and comfort of our guests, maximum number of guests (kids + adults) per party is 60. Please call with any questions.
Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents, and/or caregivers?There is no additional charge for parents or care-givers. Only children between the ages of 2-18 years of age, including birthday child/children, will count in your headcounts.
What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?We ask that you and your guests arrive15 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time to allow for check in and the Pump It Up safety video viewing.
*Please try not to arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party time, as there will likely be another group in the lobby.
Do I need to stay at the party?The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 18 years and under may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Pump It Up or online.
Are socks required?For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the inflatables.
What type of safety instruction is provided?We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Pump It Up safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).
Will Pump It Up provide supervision in the play arena(s)?Our fun and friendly staff will provide supervision in the inflatable arena(s) so you can relax and enjoy the party!
Can a guest play while wearing a cast?In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.
Can I spend more than the designated play time in the inflatable arena? We’re sorry, but we cannot extend your play time in the inflatable arena(s).
Can we start the party in the party room?Because we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s).
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s).There will be other families enjoying their play time in the arenas.
Will there be a Pump It Up staff member available to assist me in the party room?Yes - a staff member will be available to assist you in the party room. During your playtime, your coordinator is setting up your party room just the way you like it. After playtime is over, your party moves into the party room where our staff will serve your food, drinks & cut/serve your cake to the children. We also take care of all the clean up! Now that's easy!
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
Are there options that I can add to make my party even more special?Yes. We can provide you with Large Pizzas $15.95 , 2 liter of Pepsi Products $2.49 each,Goodie bags $3.25 each and Balloons 12 for $10 or 26 for $20. Make your party GLOW by adding our Glow add-on package. Ask us how!! We will call you 1 day prior to your party date to make all of your final party orders.
When should I order pizza, beverages
, goodie bags, balloons, & other options? We’ll call you prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already.
*Because grown-ups love pizza too, we have whole pizzas (Large)available just for them.
What is the price of additional adult pizzas?
Adult Large: $15.95 and choices are: Cheese, 1 topping, Meat Lovers, Vegetarian and Hawaiian (12 slices)
Can I bring food to my party?No outside food is allowed, We welcome: fruit & vegetable platters (pre-cut & ready to serve), bags of chips, crackers,cold dip, & your cake or cupcakes. Juice boxes (like capri sun) and water bottles. No other foods are allowed & will not be served in your party room No soda,alcohol, ice or ice chests please.We would be happy to refrigerate your items for you . We do NOT have a freezer so ice cream is not allowed. Questions regarding food policy? Please ask us! We have limited space to store your food items so we do limit the amount of items we allow each party to bring in. For your safety and enjoyment, food and/or beverages are not permitted in the inflatable arena(s), except for bottled water. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.
Do you offer any other food besides pizza?Yes! We also offer trays of salad which feed 12-15 people. Choices are Garden or Antipasta Salad. Each come with Ranch & Italian Dressing
Can I bring in my own drinks?
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?If you are not purchasing our popular Pump It Up goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own.Our goodie bags are just $3.25 each. Purchase ONLY the amount you need on the day of your party. You may also bring in your own pre-inflated balloons (no personal helium tanks please) or we can inflate yours for just .75 each. We also offer colorful Pump It Up logo balloon bouquets!
What if I need to reschedule my party?To avoid additional charges, we require at least 10 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled & held within 2 months of the original party date). If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price.
If you cancel or reschedule your party within 3 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
Your credit card that we have for you on file and used at the time of reservation, will be the card charged for any fees.If you should need to cancel, please call the store directly at 909-466-0806 and speak to a manager. If you do not show up for your reservation, your card will be charged the FULL party price.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife and candles. You may also bring an Ipod to play your special music on our sound system while playing in Arena B.Please be sure music on your IPOD is lyric safe for your guests! Thank You
Do you have a refrigerator for my cakes or drinks?Yes we do! And we are happy to refrigerate your items for you! And for this reason we ask that you do not bring in ice or ice chests on your party day. We also do NOT have a freezer so ice cream is not allowed.
