Steps to owning your own Pump It Up Party Facility

Step 1: Request for Consideration

The first step to owning your own Pump It Up Party Facility franchise is to complete our application. If you have any questions about our application, please call our franchise development team to discuss those questions with them. Your completed application will give us the information we need to help us better understand you and your goals and how we can help you become a franchisee of Pump It Up.

Step 2: Franchise Sales Call

After completing the application we want to discuss with you the information you have provided to us and answer any of your questions. One of our franchise development team members will be calling you soon. Once you have started on your path to owning a Pump It Up franchise, our franchise development team members will work with you every step of the way.

Step 3: Franchise Disclosure and Due Diligence

The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is a document that is required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and certain states and explains the relationship you will have with us as a Pump It Up franchisee. The franchise agreement that you will sign and all of the other legal documents you and your advisors will need to review are in the FDD. Our franchise development representative will go over every question that you have regarding our FDD, to insure that you feel secure in the relationship that we may be entering into.

Step 4: Owner Validation

This is a time when we invite you to contact our franchisees to speak to them regarding their experiences with Pump It Up. It is enlightening and truly the best way to learn more about this exciting opportunity from experienced franchisees who run this business everyday.

Step 5: Discovery Day

The Discovery Day is the final step in your due diligence with Pump It Up. If both you and PIU Management determine that there may be a fit for a business relationship to occur, we will invite you to a Discovery Day. This is not a sales visit. It’s a visit for each of us to explore the benefits of forming a relationship that may go for a very long time. It is also a time for us to get to know you as well. We want to meet with you in person. We are going to have a long relationship together and know that it is important that we meet and get to know each other. We would like you to come to a Discovery Day where we can answer your questions, let you meet out support team, tour a Pump It Up Party Facility or two.

Step 6: Franchise Approval Committee

Once you have completed your due diligence and have discussed the franchise opportunity with your advisors, we hope that you will want to become a Pump It Up franchisee. We will be talking about you among ourselves after Discovery Day and looking at the information you have provided to us. We want to make certain that you are the right person to own a Pump It Up Party Facility and that you will protect our brand by operating your business the way we expect you to, and the way our other franchisees will be relying on you to do. After all, our other franchisees are looking for us to only select franchisee candidates capable of operating a Pump It Up in a way that delivers on our system’s promise to parents and children. Pump It Up’s franchisee approval committee meets every week to review franchise candidates.

Step 7: Signing Your Franchise Agreement & Paying the Franchise Fee

Once we receive your Franchise Agreement and franchise fee you will officially be a Pump It Up franchisee.
